Guidelines for correct submission of extra credit:

1. You may do any or all extra credits listed on the webpage

2. Additional extra credits are sometimes made available in class.

3. There is NO due date – you may submit up to last class day (NOT day of the final)

4. The assignment must be clearly labeled:

a. Clearly label it EXTRA CREDIT

b. Your name

c. Source of assignment.  Web, textbook page, handouts, etc. See example below

d. Date you submitted assignment.

5. Always turn in printed copy.

6. Do not email the assignment unless asked to do so.

7. The word “Lab” must not appear anywhere on the document.

8. Each correct assignment will be awarded 10 extra credit points – this translates into 1 point added to your total GPA.
